• When are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number in the email provided on the order.

• How do I return or exchange an item?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact the Customer Care team at info@toggz.net for assistance.

Customers have 30 days from their delivery date to return or exchange eligible items.

The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
